The Scaffold and the Storm: Holding Structure While Welcoming Change explores navigating uncertainty while maintaining ethical purpose, thoughtful leadership, and organizational containment.

Through a combination of social dreaming, interactive dialogue, experiential learning, and case consultation, participants will examine how psychoanalytic and systems perspectives can deepen our understanding of leadership, authority, adaptation, and organizational life in times of rapid change.

Whether you are an experienced consultant, a leader working within organizations, or someone curious about applying psychoanalytic thinking to today's complex workplace challenges, this gathering offers an engaging opportunity to think together, learn from one another, and strengthen our professional community.
