Russian Regional Event: 29-30 November

We are pleased to invite you to our upcoming Regional Russian ISPSO online event on the theme:

In the Shadow of Gender: Male and Female World in Organizations.

We're excited to be holding this event as the first official ISPSO regional event in Russia. That was a longstanding work and has been warmly supported by both the previous and current ISPSO Board and Presidents.

Gender dynamics in organizations are not only about equality. They represent a complex interplay of unconscious processes, social roles, and power structures. Our collective projections of men and women shape perceptions of leadership and authority — and influence how teams and organizations adapt in times of change.

Together, we will explore how these unconscious patterns affect professional relationships, communication, and leadership, and how awareness of them can support healthier and more effective organizational life.

Programme Highlights

• A Double Challenge: Gender projections in the perception of a female leader — balancing authority and empathy as a source of both tension and transformation.
• When the Feminine Is Refused: How avoidance of the feminine limits creativity and blocks organizational change.
• The Dissociated Leader: Masculinity caught between market aggression and the demand for care — and how organizations defend against this paradox.
• There Can Only Be One: Women’s rivalry in organizations and the unconscious reproduction of patriarchal patterns.
