Integrating research with group relations conferences: Challenges, insights and implications

This chapter presents assessments and research studies that were conducted in conjunction with self-study methods during a series of nonresidential weekend group relations conferences in the Tavistock tradition. These studies were designed and conducted to augment conference learning for staff and members, and a methodological approach was developed that would maintain focus on the conference.
