French Study group event - September 2026

Ten to twelve psychoanalytically informed French speakers meet at a location in France for a purposeful semi-formal gathering. Each person will bring with them a theme on which they would like to focus. That is their “thread of ignorance”. Through a series of small and whole group engagements, we will use the collective knowledge, wisdom, and curiosity of the group to assist each person to develop their ideas.

Location : Hotel St Etienne, Aubazines, Correze, France.
Dates : Four days during the period September 6 and 12.

Résumé : Dix à douze francophones ayant une formation en psychanalyse se réunissent en France pour un rassemblement semi-formel à but précis. Chaque personne apporte avec elle un thème sur lequel elle souhaite se concentrer. C'est ce qu'on appelle son « fil d'ignorance ». À travers une série d'activités en petits groupes et en grand groupe, nous mettrons à profit les connaissances, la sagesse et la curiosité collectives du groupe pour aider chaque personne à développer ses idées.
