Einige Gedanken uber Reflexion in Organisationen (Reflection in Organizations)

This paper explores aspects of reflection in organizations from a systems psychodynamic viewpoint, emphasizing both the importance of reflection in today's worlds as well as the considerable barriers to incorporating it in on-going worklife. The paper starts with an overview of the place of reflective practice in the systems psychodynamic tradition. It then explores the conditions of contemporary organizational life that underscore the importance of integrating reflection into organizational life, and then explores some of the defensive maneuvers that have emerged in response to the anxieties stimulated by reflective practice.'
