Dimensions of Organizational Culture and Beyond

The purpose of this article is twofold: First, to present conventional concepts of organizational culture to political psychologists, and, second, to critique them as inadequate because they do not sufficiently consider unconscious aspects of organizations. The latter refers to organizational identity the unconscious facet of an organizational culture.
