Coaching for leadership development: A systems-psychodynamic approach

This chapter sets out some basic systems psychodynamic concepts as they apply to organisational leadership. It suggests the same concepts can be applied to coaching those leaders who can be considered as coaches to their organisations. There are several in depth case studies illustrating how these concepts can be used in coaching for leaders, demonstrating how they can be translated into interventions which lead to behaviour change and more effective leadership as a result.
