Larry Hirschhorn is a principal emeritus with CFAR and one of its founding members. He is the director of its Dynamics of Consulting program, a case based program for experienced coaches and consultants. He supervises coaches and consultants, and works with a few startups. He is a founding member and past president of ISPSO. He is the author of The Workplace Within and Reworking Authority along with other books and articles. He has taught in the Wharton School, and the University of California at Berkeley. He lives in Philadelphia with his wife Marla Isaacs. Together they own and run a cottage rental business, Bobs Lake Cottages and Escapes. He has a son and five grandchildren.
